About me
MSc Helena Rozmanova
My name is Helena and I am a physiotherapist with a MSc in Physiotherapy and several years of clinical experience at a university hospital.
I believe that healthy movement allows us to live comfortably and fully – to feel well in our bodies and stay active in everyday life.
I provide care for women, children and adults who are looking for pain relief, better function and professional guidance.
I specialise in women’s health physiotherapy and early childhood motor development, including infant handling and pediatric foot therapy.
With a strong background in orthopaedics, I also focus on musculoskeletal pain, especially back pain, which is increasingly common due to sedentary lifestyles.
Another part of my work is scar treatment, which can significantly influence overall movement and comfort.

My approach
I respect the individuality of each client.
I use a holistic perspective, working with the whole body and searching for what truly affects its function. We work together to find meaningful and sustainable solutions for your daily life.
My goal
To help women, children and adults achieve functional, natural and as pain-free movement as possible.
To provide care based on expertise and experience – with respect, understanding and a cooperative approach.
Why women’s and pediatric physiotherapy
My professional focus is closely connected to my personal experience.
Our journey to becoming parents took time and taught me how important the right physiotherapy support can be.
I am also passionate about understanding how children move and grow. Supporting natural motor development from the very beginning can help prevent issues later in life.
